What was formerly an aging bank building in a prime downtown location was developed by ScullyWest Properties, who focus on sustainable urban development, and turned into a state of the art multi-use commercial office/retail space.
Case Study
The array is designed as four separate sub-systems that each tie into a SolarEdge 14.4K three phase inverter. The array was installed at a 10° tilt angle with a PanelClaw ballasted racking solution that reduces the amount of roof penetrations.
